Cecilia is a master’s prepared registered nurse with over 25 years in the healthcare industry. Her diversified leadership experience primarily focused on healthcare quality management and performance improvement including risk management, accreditation, compliance, and patient safety. She has worked for many organizations throughout the U.S including Stanford Health, Tufts Medical, and the Veterans Health Administration. As the Executive Director at a non-profit healthcare consulting firm in the Northeast, she oversaw and managed clinical services and operations for federal government, state, and international level contracts.
